Coker Accident Lawyers is proud to share that Attorney Michael Coker recently testified before the Georgia House of Representatives at the State Capitol on February 26, 2025.
Attorney Michael Coker appeared on behalf of the City of Mulberry, which officially incorporated in 2024 and began operations on January 1, 2025. Located in northeastern Gwinnett County, Mulberry spans 25.9 square miles and is home to approximately 41,000 residents. The city was created by voters who supported more localized control and better representation for their community.

Following the city’s incorporation, Attorney Michael Coker was honored to be named the first Mayor of Mulberry. With a strong background as a Georgia personal injury attorney, Michael brings years of legal experience and community advocacy into his leadership role. His ability to navigate complex issues in both legal and governmental spaces makes him uniquely equipped to guide Mulberry through its early growth.
During his testimony at the Capitol, Mayor Michael Coker discussed key concerns facing the new city, including infrastructure, local governance, and community priorities. His speech reflected the same thoughtful advocacy he uses in the courtroom—focused, clear, and rooted in service to others.
